The waiter picks the room or the guest on the POS, the guest signs, and the items post to their room in the HotelSync front-desk system. Reception sees the charge instantly and the guest pays everything at checkout.
With HotelSync (formerly OTA Sync), which runs reception, reservations and room accounts. Konty runs the restaurant, bar and other outlets and sends the charges to HotelSync; it does not replace the front desk. We switch the integration on at your request, as part of the Premium plan.
In Serbia, reception issues the fiscal receipt for room charges at checkout, together with the bill for the stay. In Montenegro, the law requires the fiscal receipt at the restaurant at the time of consumption; the guest still pays at reception at checkout.
Yes. Each outlet is its own register in the same Konty account, with shared items and prices per outlet, and charges from every outlet post to the room the same way. You choose which outlets run on Konty.
The HotelSync integration is part of the Premium plan, €50 per month per register excluding VAT, which also includes the kitchen display, networked registers and mobile ordering. The number of registers follows the number of outlets. Try it free for 30 days.
